Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 7 April 2021

This Privacy Policy covers visitors to oncast.com ("Site"), which is operated by ONcast, LLC. This Policy has been created to provide information about our company and its content and video meetings platform and related services (together with the Site, the "Service(s)") to our Service visitors ("you", "your"). This Privacy Policy sets forth ONcast's policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from visitors to the Site and Services.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information. Our Services do not directly or automatically keep logs or store information that can be associated to a visitor of Site. We do not track browser/user-agent information, such as ip address, operating system, geolocation coordinates, or browser type.

Sharing of Personal Information

We do not share information with any third party services.

Cookies

We do not use cookies.

Encryption

Our Services use industry standard HTTP/TLS for all network data transmission.

Our video meeting technology provides end-to-end encryption for all audio, video, and text message streams. Only the end-users have access to a unique 256-bit key, which is cryptorandomly generated by the meeting room creator, and is used to encrypt and decrypt the streams using AES-GCM with discrete IVs. All encryption occurs by one end-user, before data is sent over the internet, and is decrypted, only after being received by other end-users. At no point can the data be decrypted by ONcast Services, or by anyone who is not in possession of the access key.

Data Security

We take the protection of data extremely seriously. Technical measures are in place to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, data.

Third-Party Payment Processor

We use a third party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

Children

If you are under 18, or under the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may only use Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. You agree that your continued use of Services after such changes have been published to Site will constitute your acceptance of such revised Policy.

Other Terms

Your access to and use of Site is subject to the Terms of Service at https://oncast.com/terms/.
